It's ICE or us. | ICE Boycott List

Across the country, hundreds of companies are collaborating with ICE as it carries out its brutal agenda. Most are privately held and cater primarily to businesses and governments, but many are publicly traded and/or have consumer brands.

The companies listed here have varying degrees of direct or indirect involvement with ICE. If you don’t want to financially support those that support ICE, learn more and consider boycott and/or divestment. 

Amazon

(NASDAQ: AMZN) According to The American Friends Service Committee, "Amazon’s government cloud platform AWS GovCloud is used to host many of the databases and systems used by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its agencies Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to track, monitor, and deport immigrants." Learn more. 

Amazon is also partnering with Flock Safety and Axon to facilitate law enforcement to facilitate requests from law enforcement, including ICE, to access Ring doorbell footage without warrants. Approximately 1 in 5 households in America has a doorbell camera, and Ring is the largest seller of the technology.

 

Apple

(NASDAQ: AAPL) In addition to making a sizable donation for Donald Trump's 2025 inauguration and helping fund the destruction of the historic East Wing of the People's House, Apple has removed multiple apps, including ICEBlock, designed to help people protect themselves and their neighbors from violent, masked men identifying as ICE officers, who are grabbing immigrants and citizens alike off the streets. There are also some reports of ICE ads running on Apple Podcasts.
 

Aramark

(NYSE: ARMK) The American Friends Service Committee describes Aramark as "a US-based provider of food, facility management, and uniform services. It provides food and other services to prisons and immigration jails and uses prison labor." Read more.

AT&T

(NYSE: T) According to The American Friends Service Committee, AT&T is a "US-based telecommunications company that provides communications services to US immigration authorities. AT&T provides communications and maintenance services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its subagencies, including Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Between 2003 and August 2024, DHS awarded AT&T contracts worth over $680 million." Read more.

Avelo Airlines

Avelo is the only scheduled passenger airline providing services as part of the ICE Air network, which also includes the charter airlines GlobalX, Eastern Air Express, Omni Air International, World Atlantic Airlines, Kaiser Air, Gryphon, and GEO Transport. Learn more at StopAvelo.org

Axon Enterprise

(NASDAQ: AXON) According to The American Friends Service Committee, Axon Enterprise is "a US manufacturer of less-lethal weapons and surveillance technology, which are used by the Israeli military and police against Palestinian civilians and by police, prison, immigration, and military agencies in the US and worldwide." Read more.

Axon currently has awards to provide body cameras and tasers to DHS, and it is partnering with Amazon to help law enforcement agencies access Ring doorbell surveillance footage.

Bank of America

(NYSE: BAC) Bank of America has a history of lending to private prison and ICE detention companies. Despite pledging to cut ties with the industry, it has signaled it is willing to resume providing financial services to companies like CoreCivic and GEO Group.

Bank OZK

(NASDAQ: OZK) Bank OZK, formerly Bank of the Ozarks, was named in a July 2025 amendment to a credit agreement with ICE detention operator GEO Group, a deal on which it served as joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner.

BlackRock

(NYSE: BLK) BlackRock is one of the biggest shareholders for both GEO Group and CoreCivic. Learn more about specific funds at prisonfreefunds.org

Booz Allen Hamilton

(NYSE: BAH)  According to The American Friends Service Committee, Booz Allen Hamilton is "a US government IT contractor, which developed cloud analytics services for US immigration authorities to track and target immigrants." Read more.

LittleSis.org reports that Booz Allen Hamilton has a $51.9 million contract to support ICE’s Repository for Analytics in a Virtualized Environment (RAVEn) data repository.

Cellebrite

(NASDAQ: CLBT) The American Friends Service Committee calls Cellebrite "an Israeli digital intelligence firm that supplies police, prison, and immigration authorities, as well as repressive regimes around the world, with hacking technologies." Read more.

Citizens Bank

(NYSE: CFG) Citizens Financial Group has played a key role in financing ICE prison companies CoreCivic and GEO Group, even as other major banks cut ties. Citizens Bank branch managers have reportedly been giving at least three responses to questions about their relationships with ICE detention contractors—some admit the relationship, others deny it.

 

According to Citizens Bank spokesperson Rory Sheehan, “We do not comment on specific clients or sectors and engage with companies that conduct their business in a lawful manner and if that is not the case, we are prepared to exit the relationship.”

Comcast

(NASDAQ: CMCSA) Comcast Government Services, a subsidiary of Comcast Corp, has multiple relatively small contracts to provide internet and cable services to ICE and CBP. See a list of Comcast companies.

CoreCivic

(NYSE: CXW) CoreCivic is a private prison and immigration detention facility operator with a long history of allegations of human rights abuses and unsafe conditions. More than 90% of its stock is held by institutional shareholders like Vanguard and BlackRock. 

Dell

(NYSE: DELL) In 2025 alone, Dell Federal Systems, a subsidiary of Dell, received awards worth over $63 million to provide Microsoft licenses, cloud services, and equipment to ICE and CBP.

Equifax

(NYSE: EFX) Equifax has a history of providing ICE with data that allows them to track and target immigrants for deportation. Its contract with ICE ended in September 2025, so this is one to watch. Read more.

FedEx

(NYSE: FDX) FedEx has a $1M contract to provide ICE with delivery services, which was awarded in 2021 and runs through 2026.

General Dynamics

(NYSE: GD) According to the American Friends Service Committee, General Dynamics is "the fifth-largest military contractor in the world. It manufactures weapons that are used by the Israeli military against Palestinian civilians and surveillance technology that is used to monitor and surveil the U.S.–Mexico border and immigrant communities." In 2025, General Dynamics subsidiaries received ICE and CBP awards worth more than $38 million for custom computer programming, consulting, and ammunition.

GEO Group

(NYSE: GEO) ICE's top contractor, GEO Group operates private prisons and ICE detention facilities and, through subsidiaries GEO Transport and BI, Inc., also provides transportation and surveillance to immigration authorities.

Google

(NASDAQ: GOOG) Google is one of a number of companies running ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign.

HBO Max
(Warner Bros. Discover)

(NASDAQ: WBD) HBO Max is one of a number of streamers reportedly running ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign.

Hilton

(NYSE: HLT) ICE officers have reportedly stayed at numerous Hilton properties.  When Everpeak Hospitality, an independent franchise operator in Minneapolis, canceled reservations for federal agents sent to occupy the city, Hilton revoked its franchise license.

 

Hilton brands include Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels, LXR Hotels & Resorts, NoMad Hotels, Canopy by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, Graduate by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Tempo by Hilton, Motto by Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, Spark by Hilton, Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Home2 Suites by Hilton, LivSmart Studios by Hilton, and Hilton Grand Vacations.

Home Depot

(NYSE: HD) The only company on this list that doesn't appear to have explicitly financial ties to ICE or its core contractors, Home Depot is included here due to its egregious silence on ICE's use of its properties as hunting grounds for immigrants. Read more.

Hulu 
(Disney)

(NYSE: DIS) Hulu is one of a number of streamers to reportedly run ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign.

L3Harris

(NYSE: LHX) According to the American Friends Service Committee, L3Harris is "a US weapons manufacturer that provides phone tracking devices and other equipment to the Israeli military and US immigration authorities." 

L3Harris manufactures cell-site simulators (Stingrays). Limited reporting suggests that ICE may be using such devices to collect information near protests.

Leidos

(NYSE: LDOS) According to the American Friends Service Committee, Leidos is "a US-based military IT contractor that provides imaging technologies and biometric systems to US immigration authorities for border monitoring and surveillance." Read more.

LexisNexis
(RELX)

(NYSE: RELX) According to the American Friends Service Committee, RELX is "a UK-based data broker and information services provider. Its subsidiary LexisNexis provides US immigration authorities with systems used to track and target immigrant communities and sells legal databases to prisons and jails."  Read more.

LinkedIn
(Microsoft)

(NASDAQ: MSFT) LinkedIn is one of a number of companies running ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign. Microsoft also profits significantly from ICE contracts with third parties including Dell.

Meta

(NASDAQ: META) According to its ad library, Meta is running ads for the Department of Homeland Security, including its ICE recruitment campaign, on both Facebook and Instagram.

Motorola Solutions

(NYSE: MSI) Motorola Solutions provides tactical communications equipment and license plate readers to ICE. 

Palantir

(NASDAQ: PLTR) According to the American Immigration Council, "Since 2013, Palantir has provided ICE with systems like FALCON and Investigative Case Management (ICM), which have been used in workplace raids, large-scale enforcement operations, and investigations involving asylum seekers—showing how Palantir’s pattern-finding capabilities have long been central to ICE’s most aggressive tactics and raising concerns that ImmigrationOS could enable similar or expanded practices." Read more.

Pandora
(Sirius XM)

(NASDAQ: SIRI) Pandora is one of a number of streamers reportedly running ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign.

Salesforce

(NYSE: CRM) The American Friends Service Committee calls Salesforce "a US-based cloud computing and AI company whose systems power the Unified Immigration Portal, a database used by US immigration enforcement agencies to monitor and surveil immigrants." Read more.

Recent reporting suggests Salesforce is seeking to deepen its ties to ICE, hoping to provide AI solutions to assist with with ICE recruitment, and aid in operations of ICE's tip line.

Spotify

(NYSE: SPOT) Spotify is one of a number of streamers that was reportedly running ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign. It isn't currently running ads, but hasn't pledged not to in the future.

Target Hospitality

(NASDAQ: TH) Target Hospitality is one of a number of companies awarded contracts for "modular housing" to accommodate ICE's mass detention and deportation agenda. 

Thomson Reuters

(NASDAQ: TRI) According to the American Friends Service Committee, Thomson Reuters is "a Canadian data broker and information services provider whose systems and databases are used by US immigration authorities to target and track immigrants." Read more.

Vanguard

Vanguard is one of the biggest shareholders for both GEO Group and CoreCivic. Learn more about the holdings of specific funds at prisonfreefunds.org

Wells Fargo

(NYSE: WFC) Despite pledging to cut ties with the private prison and ICE detention industry in 2019, Wells Fargo has, according to reporting from the New York Times, "softened [its] policy statements to allow financing again for detention companies in some circumstances."

YouTube
(Google)

(NASDAQ: GOOG) YouTube is one of a number of companies running ads for the Department of Homeland Security and its ICE recruitment campaign.

While the violent federal agents in the streets understandably grab our attention, most of the actors that keep the mass detention and deportation machine running work quietly, out of sight.

There a few companies included for other reasons, such as a job listing tying them to that facility. Those reasons are noted.
